Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This is a short, plain-language privacy notice for summitwright.com. It is not formal legal advice — if you need that, please speak to a lawyer — but it is an honest description of what we actually do.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company/organisation (if given), and the content of your message. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to understand and respond to your enquiry.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as most websites do. We don't use this to identify individual visitors for marketing.
What we do with it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — whether that's a product question, an early-access request, or a consulting conversation. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the services we use to run this website and reply to you (for example, our hosting provider and email provider).
Cookies
This site does not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The contact form's spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a cookie or use similar technology solely to confirm you're not a bot.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and keep a record of it, and delete or anonymise them when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just contact us and we'll action it.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you have a question about how your information is handled, contact us via our contact form.
